The Tamil language is a Dravidian language predominantly spoken in the South of India, being vettateli a Tamil term. This word has several meanings, the most popular of which are Open Space and Space of Liberation. Given that the ashram is intended to be a support for it we have chosen this term which synthesizes the ideals of the Organization, true to the path of the Siddha yogis.
Our objectives are:
- To spread the philosophy and tradition of the Siddha
- To investigate both the philosophy and the practices evolved by the Siddha Yogis to achieve their full spiritual progress.
- To disseminate both the practice and the knowledge of the Vasi Yoga.
- To spread texts belonging to the Hindu spiritual tradition, Vedas, Agamas, Puranas, Tirumurais, etc.
